The complete unsealing/unboxing process without cuts or pauses.

The damaged, defective, or incorrect item is clearly visible in the same video.

Claims without a valid unboxing video showing the full 360Β° sealed condition will not be accepted.
- The package is in unopened condition.
4. Return Process

As we do not offer pickup service, customers mustΒ arrange return shippingΒ of the product to our address.

The product must be returned in itsΒ original packaging, with all accessories, certificates, and tags included.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm approval/rejection of your claim.
5. Timelines for Reporting Issues

Any damage or defect must be reported to usΒ within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims raised beyond this timeframe will not be entertained.

Once your return is approved, the replacement/refund process will takeΒ 7β10 working days.
6. Shipping Costs
