Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

  • Products areΒ not returnableΒ for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of design/size/colour, or general wear and tear.

  • Custom-made or personalised productsΒ are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.


2. Replacement Policy

  • If your product is damaged during shipping, we will provide aΒ replacement of the same product.

  • If the same product is unavailable, aΒ refund will be issuedΒ to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are issued only in cases where replacement is not possible.


3. Proof Required (Unboxing Video)

  • To process any claim, customers must provide aΒ clear, unedited unboxing video showing the following:

    1. The package is in unopened condition.

    2. AΒ 360-degree view of the parcel, with all corners and seals clearly visible before opening.

    3. The complete unsealing/unboxing process without cuts or pauses.

    4. The damaged, defective, or incorrect item is clearly visible in the same video.

    5. Claims without a valid unboxing video showing the full 360Β° sealed condition will not be accepted.


4. Return Process

  • As we do not offer pickup service, customers mustΒ arrange return shippingΒ of the product to our address.

  • The product must be returned in itsΒ original packaging, with all accessories, certificates, and tags included.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm approval/rejection of your claim.


5. Timelines for Reporting Issues

  • Any damage or defect must be reported to usΒ within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Claims raised beyond this timeframe will not be entertained.

  • Once your return is approved, the replacement/refund process will takeΒ 7–10 working days.


6. Shipping Costs

  • The cost of sending the damaged item back is to beΒ borne by the customer.

  • We will cover theΒ shipping cost for sending the replacementΒ back to you.
